Here is a real life story of what recently happened in my portfolio.I received a 60 day notice that my apartment was going to be vacant starting December 1st.

Some of the folks that I've received inquiries from are VERY far from meeting criteria - income, credit score or both.And @Matthew Becker, I lived in Moscow in the early 90s - went to UofI for undergrad! 

Reports must include details of beneficial owners, such as names, birthdates, addresses, and ID documents.

We also receive access to a library of Jerome's videos to watch and learn from.

I havent worked with him personally but have received a good referral for him.

I personally just want the monthly/quarterly updates and the inbound wires received.
