Not that long ago I could fill out a few forms online and within hours I would have 10 voice messages from brokers, agents, banks, contractors, you name it wanting to stick their hand in the cookie jar.

This is exactly what we needed to hear.As for the comparison to stocks, we meant that the daily real estate values change, obviously not enough to make a difference but monthly or quartely it makes sense.It was a lead gen platform idea based on my own wants as an investor to have real time data for neighborhoods that are on the decline or the rise.

quart of rustoleum paint, 3" brush and maybe some masking tape would be easiest and least expensive solution

It comes in a small jar with a brush like nail polish. 

You can buy appliance paint in a quart can if the fridge needs to be touched up.
