In fact, that is probably where I'd price it as it's just under the psychologically important $250K mark.So, assuming $40K for the foundation work, then another $60K (tops) to renovate (that number is a work in progress), I would hope to have no more than $160K in a house that should sell *very* quickly for $220K net of closing help and other seller concessions.These numbers are still very fluid, however.

You can still access the money with no penality, but there's a bigger psychological barrier of withdrawing the money compared to a savings account. - You're young.

an updatethe landlord's wife took it upon herself to investigate further & it appears the lady has some psychological issues.So this week they are setting up meals-on-wheels & social services to help her.So the use of the 'shredder' may have been a God send.

I just operate in whatever environment I am in.But I am an expert at HML rates 20% plus  I like those :)But I see this much like what happened to the car industry.. when in tough times they moved to 0% loans and very loan rates. that was mid 80's  and unless you have really crappy credit they have never gone above 4 to 6% since and you see them all the time low.Now I know the auto industry obviously pays the rates down. but he psychology of borrowing is the same..I know I wont buy a new car unless I get 0 or 1% I will just wait till the sale comes around.. and I only buy new..
