LOL  Duly noted premature congrats on # 2000 !!

It's called exponential growth and to say it's "NOW OVER" is a bit premature.  

I have had some damage but just to carpets, although it has required me to change the carpet and pad prematurely in some cases.  

We charge a $20 posting fee with each legal notice we must serve.Nip the behavior in the bud... using their security deposit prematurely is simply not an option... they need to know this from the start.

Hey Guys,I would like to place my primary residence into a revocable living trust in order to avoid probate in the event of my premature death. 

It's premature to take anyone to court now because you haven't actually suffered any loss/damages yet. 

@Nat Chan  That's just a bad tile job...much beyond being caused by premature foot traffic.  

I've already gone pro on BP, which might have been a bit premature in hindsight, but hopefully it shows how willing I am to commit to this venture. 

It needs time to prove it's performance, so it's premature to suggest that anyone is winning in this space yet.I've also noticed in my 20 years in this business that everyone thinks they know how to underwrite real estate better than the next guy.
