Key Bank also has a medical professional laon which allows dentists, doctors, and physicians, etc... to purchase with no money down. 

The current tenants in the medical complex are a OBGyn physician, a dentist, a pharmacy, & a consultant (works with non profits to improve employment and provide skills training). 

I thought that since she would be working officially and no longer in medical school that we might qualify for a Physician Loan.

The exception is you are a MD have a lucrative offers as a practicing physician, not an intern-loan.

There are newly licensed physician couples that want a house close to the hospital, in a good neighborhood, with nice amenities, and can afford say, 3k in rent who'd appreciate nice kitchens, baths and yards.

No question....I would never expect a reputable syndicator to "check in" with his physician noob investor who wants to be "in the know". haha
