A lot of nyc is currently looking and buying and all offers for my most recent flips have been out of Manhattan.  

Depends on how much each property brings in and the nature of the property. 2 single family homes, probably not unless they are both paid for and in San Francisco or Manhattan. 2 50 unit apartment buildings, probably.

I live in Manhattan and was hoping this would be my year to purchase (lol at that idea now!).

Hermosa and Manhattan Beach: Gorgeous communities with a lot of cool things, walkable, amazing schools, great restaurants, and close to all the good stuff in the South Bay and West LA.

Monmouth county, Ocesn county, Burlington County and parts pf Mercer and Middlesex counties.
