I see the companies below now :-)I guess my confusion is, why is it that when I follow a company (my own company in this case for testing purposes), it shows on my dashboard that I am also following a person as well, which I have no clue to who the person is, and I'm not following him... here's the screenshot.

If you have no money to start out with, offer to give that person a small portion of your first deal to help you get through you through it and see what you think about wholesaling then.

You can have a clause in your contract saying that in the event of default person A has to pay you X but that opens you up to litigation.
