Trouble Using "Follow" Button

I see the companies below now :-)I guess my confusion is, why is it that when I follow a company (my own company in this case for testing purposes), it shows on my dashboard that I am also following a person as well, which I have no clue to who the person is, and I'm not following him... here's the screenshot.

A normal tenant in a SFH I wouldn't think twice about denying.There sure aren't many inquiries.There's this person, a handful of people that want to move February 1 (I'm looking for January 1), or smokers (non-smoking property).Would you allow a roommate/tenant with a pet (dog) instead of this weekly payer?
