Do people have experience doing so and have they been successful?

I never understood why people would have a flip, boost the value by tens of thousands of dollars, then sell it as opposed to keeping the equity and putting a tenant in there.

A few people travel from Daytona just to come to the meetings. 

We always check the assessor as we see people trying to boost unit count when it's not actually true.  

There are a ton of tools and resources that not a lot of people know so doing some YT watching and their training helps immensely. also, happy to answer any questions you might have on set up / operations.
