Quiet, pastoral and expansive to some, proximity to a cemetery is likely to have fewer buyers in some areas where prospective buyers with cultureal biases run strong.

Not sure if this is in the recent past or not or if you have since filed tax documents officially establishing when the property went into service... those might make a difference.  

I envision my campaigns to be something along the lines of;1) Automate and keep in touch with past clients so I stay fresh on their minds for when one of their friends, co-workers or family member(s) has a need to list or shop.2) Automate a drip campaign to stay in touch with buyers that were interested in a prior listing of mine3) Automate a separate drip campaign for investors that I've worked with in past, or currently.  

Have the empty pads been occupied in the past or is there just little demand for a mobile home park in that area?

I’m a youth pastor and I love my job.

I'm also a church pastor who wants to help people, so I'm mixing them to form my niche.

I don't even mess with the other services because I get more/better responses from zillow.We have 53 units with 31 one-bedrooms so our tenant base is very, very young; For very young people getting their first place I will consider quality personal references from unrelated adults like a pastor/teacher/coach and school transcripts and length of employment and a good employer reference.

That being said, I am investing in real estate in order to:- Enable my wife to not have to work if she wants to- Provide for my family- Be able to give very generously - Be able to serve in pastoral ministry without needing a salaryThat's me in a nutshell.

Can the experts please advise a few references that you may have used in the past or currently use ?
