We have some exposure to the architecture/contractor ecosystem through my wife's work and have a family member who is our MLS access point, but we are hoping to deepen our knowledge and broaden our network.I've found a few Minneapolis related posts so thanks in advance to the folks who started those threads as I've already found them very informative.

It has no architectural appeal or real style at all, but it could easily be added by redoing the portico and adding a very wide step or two... it's a huge feature on such a small house, and would add maximum effect and style for not much money.As mentioned, landscaping is a must.

Click here.In regards to the Environmental Control Committee, I would check in the Architectural Guidelines/CC&R's to see what it is exactly their purpose is as I have never heard of an ECC.
