I have had a spate of cheaper outdoor furniture breaking, things with arm rests to include Adirondack chairs. 

Some of them might have knob and tube electrical and I've owned one where plumbing was fine (all copper) but with the lack of insulation in an area those lines would freeze in extreme cold temperatures.

Figure your PM at 8- 10%, you will have garbage, lawn/ snow maintenance, water sewer, your taxes, insurance and loan payments. if there is common hallway or outdoor lighting, is it metered separately, if so, you will have that expense as well. 

I was concerned about the potential electric bill because winters in Wisconsin can be pretty brutal.In reality I kept the temperature at a comfortable level and never had an electric bill that went higher than $90 to low $100s.i loved it.

I have started an online brand for doing outdoor activities trying to get people together that love the outdoors to share their experiences.  

If the flooring is outdated, replace it with a nice tile... a simple truck to visually enlarge a smaller bath is use a large tile, 16"x16" or 24"x 24", lay them on a bias and use very tight grout lines.Now, the stairway doesn't look bad the way it is, but the baluster and railing look a little cheap, like something you might see on an outdoor deck.

They are always pushing people to use the forums so I just wanted to get some feed back / advice and maybe get the temperature of local markets.

These things can begin to fail and light but then go out hence the oven starts up but then starts switching on and off, never getting to the desired temperature.
