Hello I picked up a deal just outside of 1604 near San Antonio that I believe is great opportunity.

I ask because we only buy houses around the southern US (TX,OK,AR,TN) but we're curious to know if more opportunities to buy foreclosures could potentially exist in other markets. 

For the first purchase- the home can not be your primary if you intend to use a DSCR loan.

Phoenix is a huge city, and there are still growth opportunities within it.
