This is why in my opinion the most viable WEALTH CREATION model in REI is the AAA Strategy with property management.

My opinion is you can never add too many amenities whether it's for the kitchen, patios, bedrooms etc.

In my opinion it was well worth every penny.

Because of the difference in opinion, I decided to bring out the engineer, and he's actually saying piering isn't necessary at this point.
