This comment is very apt and I am sure that there is a better than 50% chance that this thread will mushroom into name calling, strongly held beliefs, and all manner of red herrings.

But this ain't the Crystal Kingdom here, where all is altruism.

For anything further away where you don't want to give contractors "keys to the kingdom" or you just plain do not want to deal with coordinating how to get someone a key then I love eRentalLock.

Kingdom Trust is small, but works well and get do a lot with electronic signature docs.

You've been isolated in your kingdom / castle for FAR too long.
