Evictions are allowed even for financial reasons if the tenant has not made a reasonable attempt to get approved for the multitude of grant money that is available.

I was lucky enough to be able to hone most of these skills while working as a customer service manager in the automotive service industry for 10 years but I would highly NOT recommend trying to replicate that path for a multitude of reasons.

Sellers can presently get away with this crap because the multitudes are clamoring to chase prices, driven by FOMO, armed with low interest rates, and willing to accept bidding against those down the road projections.

It's a lie and as soon as you get a lead on the hook, it becomes increasingly difficult to get them to continue believing that lie for a multitude of reasons.
