As far as saturation goes when the boom was hitting we started seeing regular homes and even mobile homes get converted to “cabin/chalet” rentals.  

Title loans on mobile homes (you see them all the time for cars why not mobile homes).

I'd look for signs of arcing around those outlets.Other things I look for are how is the foundation, cracks in the walls (assuming lath and plaster), condition of the mechanicals, depending on what the house is built on, I may get a radon test done for the air and water (near me there is a lot of ledge, so radon is an issue in most homes). 

They know it, and they are trying to stop it.What is their stopping mechanism?

With 20 Doors I designed a management mechanism where my Wife acts as Property Management Supervisor then under her there is a property manager who manages all 3 estates with 20 Doors.

I personally think it's way too easy to escape debts in modern society, so I'm curious to know the mechanics of this particular situation.

Or I could just take my car to a mechanic and they will fix my car faster and for less time & money, depending on the exact problem.
