The cost of renewing an LLC or changing the title is absurdly cheap unless you have one of those law firms that advertise a lot and have a huge advertising department and claim to have a secret sauce that guarantees protection. 

I don't know what area you are in, but generally just take them to Small Claims Court.

This was also confirmed when I went there to submit the required documents, but they couldn't give me a proper timeline on when it would happen claiming that they were backed up. 

Had clients use them, and they claimed the process was way too tough of pulling funds. 

It is often used by the likes of Uncle G (who, having an accounting degree himself, should know better) to suggest claiming personal expenses as business deductions.

What data supports your claim?

International Students are moving because they claim they cannot afford it, coupled with tuition fees.

I went through the training module and didn't see that as a submittable claim, but it's a good question - I'll have to ask my rep about that.
