COVID-19's effects are still being felt, with massive migration to Florida making it a prime market.

With so many options out there and with big guys spending $25000 or more per month to market to sellers, it's really easy to burn a lot of cash and end up with nothing but a massive loss.

There is a MASSIVE difference.

Each time I go there is a new massive residential building, downtown major renovations, Amazon with 2 mill + sq ft, Shewing Williams new 40 story building being built in the heart of the city and so much more.

All the big name gurus will promise you that their program will teach you everything you need to know to be successful...and then this hit you with a MASSIVE price tag.

And anything within a block or so of the ocean is going to take an incredible beating from the winter weather salt air etc etc.. and then you have the Tsunami that is coming with teh massive earth quake that will come and that will wipe out whole towns on the Oregon coasts.

Hi @Yulia Volokhina,All of these markets are very close to each other geographically, so you're not going to see massive differences between any of these.
