These are smaller spots that have a mailing address in a municipality (like Clearwater), but aren't technically inside the city boundaries so they default to the County.The tough part would be the 10 minutes max from the beach.

Mind you they were never talking to me directly like many buyers do, they directed everything through their agent.This was in July 2018 at the was the last I heard from them until a law suit came in the mail in October 2019.

I'm going to try to get Safeco to waive their new policy of not allowing any change of broker requests to go through after July 1, 2024 based on the fact that I never received their notice of Non-Renewal (dated May 4, 2024 ) in the mail and only got a copy of  it by email from my agent's office on July 17.

Also, most of the stuff your list is low cost which is great, but once you start getting the deals and paying yourself back on the direct mail, double and triple those actions too (of course when you to a place financially that you can do that effectively).
