(In short, don't make your own keys or have a locksmith change the locks or you will pay for changing all the locks back to my standard, plus basic fees for new / lost keys.)I also get a check-in condition sheet.

You can hire a locksmith to change the locks and give the new tenants the keys.

Some of these locksmith companies just go out and do their jobs when you call them.

One would have to build relationships with repair vendors, locksmith, cleaners, etc, in that market.

Lastly, between tenancies when the locks are changed, some locksmith companies can go ahead and put a lockbox on the property for you.

I'd call a locksmith to remove the lock install another controlkey lock supply the tenant with a new key and bill the tenant for it.

Document everything and if you believe the locks are changed take along a lock smith enter and change the locks.

Hi, I have a cylinder lock that, when I showed a picture  to a couple locksmiths, is supposedly incompatible with any smartlocks because the door is too thin where the lock is located. 

So, in the short term, should I just have a locksmith put in cheap locks all the way around and then I'll swap them out when I put in the new doors?
