The rental profits from your own property will be schedule E (lower tax), the profits from your property management company will be schedule C (higher tax).

In reireply a down side the tool does not help you with chopping up a big list.  As

I'd look for high days on market, have your agent set up a drip e-mail for listings that meet your criteria, and recent price reductions.
