My buddy just got burned by someone borrowing from multiple people where the others weren't aware of each other and they thought they were the only one lending, etc.It all comes down to how well you REALLY know each person in the deal, and then, "do you REALLY know them?"

I recommend you discuss and plan this in depth with a local lender who knows your market well. 

Lenders will want to know if the property is generating income and if it qualifies for a DSCR loan or traditional financing.

Do you know any insurer that would provide the 1 million dollar coverage?

That being said I know we have a lot of people championing for the return of an even better app, but no set timeframe for something like that yet.
