The comps in the area for MF's were at minimum 550k.Since purchasing the home there have been many updates to it to include a fully updated 2nd floor unit, updated bathrooms on both floors, new kitchen on the first floor, new roof, new driveway, new paver patio, updated front porch.

Hi, this is a high rise condo and the building is responsible for the ventilation system which is not working, not only in my unit (bathroom & kitchen) but in the entire building.

I know the typical value add on a SFH is to fix up kitchens and bathrooms, and forced appreciation with ADU’s or new bathrooms and bedrooms, but how can you do this in a MFH?

I'd rather not spend the $$ for the granite or quartz kitchen countertops. 

Kitchen and Bathrooms are the most important by far.

Lender related: the house I live in was not lendable because it was missing a stove and had open shelving in the entire kitchen.  

From those of you who have done many rehabs, and are better at interior design than I am, I am curious what suggestions you may have for this kitchen?

Is the kitchen for this apartment on the first floor and you intend to rent the 2 bedrooms on that floor?

The roof and attic are the best parts of the house, 0 problems.Main line, laundry line, kitchen line are actively leaking.

I would send them on message that says, "Please secure the home and leave the keys on the kitchen counter.
