Some of those numbers still make sense but I'd have to juggle money around and/or take more risk/debt than I would prefer.

Turnkey providers manage the properties for you, so you do not have to worry about the management end.If you are not looking for that, then maybe you know a way to juggle both managing and working?

Knowing all the things you were juggling while still trying to get into the real estate game just made me realize I'm not working hard enough.

My goals while juggling this limited time through May include;- Completion of my business plan (I feel it is important not only to set goals and jump in, but to have down on paper a plan for how my business will invest and what will be done with the revenues.

While I've been able to do that, it's a juggle. 

Do you choose to be tangled sorting out who has paid the rent into a sole account, or juggling the cards.

I have two theories on this that I'm currently juggling.

That's a lot to juggle. 

I don't mind doing the work myself (I did it before, just couldn't juggle the travel of the job and the management/showing of apartments etc), so while I'd love to have someone reputable and responsible handle it, until that perfect fit comes, I'll tackle it myself.
