@Dawn Anastasi thanks for responding the topics I listed are intuitive like you say pull down the blue bar.. on several podcast etc I have heard Brandon refer to a snippet of information and the topic was not on the blue bar above.

What the techies refuse to understand is that real estate is not a series of 1's and 0's, you can not quantify judgment, intuition, intrinsic aspects of value or possible potential as you might with some widget like a car meeting popular demands.

Although this may not be intuitive or even transparent, the two are ultimately interchangeable - meaning you can probably opt to pay zero points and pay a higher rate, or lots of points and a lower rate.With that said, 3 points does feel high.
