It is my interpretation that once a reasonable commission is agreed, I tag that onto the sale price, therefore passing the cost to the buyer.

Aaron Churnick -I'm not sure why you're interpreting that memo the way you are, but there is no reason to wait until the 91st day anymore (unless your particular lender has an overlay that trumps the FHA waiver, in which case find another lender).
