I'm trying to find a good course to learn the syndication process and all of the components.

I just graduated and am currently working as an intern at a government agency (for up to one year).

Pretty much all major components were newly installed / fitted and done to a tasteful standard (new metal roof, plumbing, electrical, kitchen, flooring, bathroom, doors, new hvac, decks, vinyl siding etc) and I have visited and walked through 3 times and even been under crawl space to inspect a repair that was previously noted on an inspection to the foundation after termite treatment which looked to be a good job.

Making sure the property "flows" outside is a key component I have personally found - assuring nobody is stepping on toes, encroaching on each other's outside space, or blocking cars in, etc. 

Besides marketing the larger component is the list of questions to ask and how we ask them.  

I'm an outpatient internal medicine physician here in the Bay Area.

That's a huge component to consider. 

Internal corrosion in the lines can and will affect the pressure and draining capabilities of the plumbing system at some point in the future.

There is a entire component of marketing or searching out a property and while many can bodger there way through, most can not do it on a proficient level.

My experience has been that they're trying to centralize management and decision making, but its just as difficult for local internal employees to get answers from those centralized locations, as it is for those of us outside of the company.
