I am guessing that with the online sales, the prices will definitely increase as there will be a larger participation

The idiocy inherent was typified by how these clubs meetings opened; participants volunteered their latest nothing down property purchases, with the only criteria being the purchase price.  

I'm also starting to participate in local groups here as well.  

Financial institutes like banks and other lenders still don't always understand them.
