Induce a "solution" that feeds the problem thus requiring more "medicine" (rate increases) and thus, more problems to bring MORE "solutions", and round and round and rou....

Sure, he could not find financing, so he was asking about using these escape clauses to induce a seller and then have a way out if he could not assign.

Lists, filtering lists, and all that crap DOES NOT INDUCE OR INCREASE MOTIVATION.

Landlords are still able to increase rent at a certain percentage per year with a formula of 7% plus CPI, which this year that number comes out to be 9.9%.Gone are the days of a landlord being able to buy a multifamily, kick all the tenants out within 30 days, rehab, and then stabilize without having to induce minor brain damage and pay out of the nose for relocation fees. 

I assume they replaced the inducer motor, well that too is only about $300 - 400, These guys are overcharging you.  

This is a nice long thread with not one mention of fraud by inducement.

They might run 100-$500 an hour, but it would be 100% totally worth it to file a lawsuit in federal court alleging fraudulent inducement, misrepresentation, duress, etc. 

You induce less risk that way. 

A Lenox was the worst, the condenser constantly leaked due to O ring failures (could have been an install/repair issue) & by the 2nd year the blower & inducer motors both went mid winter.
