My opinion is as a buyer roofstock has great tools to analyze the properties and it makes easier for investors to find rental properties since all the listings on the website are for that purpose however you will still need an expert in the area before you make a purchase. 

Tools like automated messaging and keyless entry can really streamline things.

That's why my friend—who's a real estate investor—and I decided to develop our own tool.

Recently some tools disappeared (not mine).  

The tools that are offered are exceptionally useful and user friendly.  

I tried to set up quickbooks online, but without paying $720 a year for the ability to do class tracking, it seems like it wouldn't be as beneficial.I know there are other tools out there more geared towards real estate like xero, etc, but I'm still trying to avoid paying so much every month.Has anybody used realtyzam or rentalhero (rentalhero.io) they seem to be linked?
