I really like the idea of incorporating local themes like Texas, Waco, or the Silos into the interior design—that could definitely help a property stand out.

@Joseph Campbell you are going to become a rich man if you go at this the right way.  

we dont mind working with knowledgeable agents but man the ones that are new or never sold new construction are just horrid to work with most of the time.. they simply dont know what they dont know and just create a lot of unnecessary drama in the transaction.

I would think no, however check with @Jay Hinrichs he's the man!
