Forming an LLC, or incorporating, is an asset protection strategy. 

yes that is correct and I incorporate all the expenses and for capex, I esitmated 10% for repairs being safe with a margin percentage.

You can incorporate a Texas series LLC and use it everywhere you want to invest in.
