But in my due diligence I find too many imperfections such as:Zoning issuesNo building permits pulled with city/countyToo much rehab needed for the priceConventional lenders won't lend on it (non-warrantable condo, two houses on one parcel, etc...)The improvements I want to make aren't allowed by the cityI struggle to find anything that comes close to the 1% rule here in Utah, Wasatch, and Salt Lake counties.

Seems like the first installation method that requires no adhesive and the claim that "planks are extremely flexible and self-level above the substrate to create a flat surface, even over imperfect subfloors, making for an exceptionally easy installation" could be an issue when the subfloor is not level.

Some installers are also very particular about the subsurface, and even if the subsurface is within the tolerances the mfg has for imperfections they will reuire self leveling concrete to be poured prior to laying the floor (liability from subsequent flooring issues I'm sure).Frankly, if the labor cost you get is also that high I would consider wood look tile flooring.

I wanted to choose a dark cabinet color because a light color might make the cabinet look cheap and a darker color will cover up some of the imperfections better.I have a deep red accent wall (this is what the cabinets are lying against) in the white painted kitchen. dark grey-ish tiled floors, black countertop, SS appliances.Are there any interior decorators that can help a guy out?

At the end of February/ middle of March, the property was sold to owner B and now managed by property manager B.We moved our 3/31/19We recently received our security deposit (missing the 250 refundable pet deposit)And also 175$ short for “cleaning and blinds repair”However, the blinds being referred to were in imperfect condition when we moved in, and I also hired a cleaner to come clean the apt for 8 hours (in addition the cleaning I had already done) if anything the property was cleaner than it was when we moved in.
