@Prakash Bhatta  The two most common ways people steal electricity are:  1) by tampering with the electrical panel and bypassing the meter  2) or by fraudulently establishing service in someone else's name (i.e. identity theft) and then not paying the bill and just running it up until the service is shut off due to non-payment.

(military isn't bad, but new leases every year or so from what I've heard and very few casino workers as the closest one to yucca valley is 29 palms)I have found the area to be very misunderstood - as people driving by assume meth labs, sex offenders and neonazis  ---  when instead you find millionaire horse/animal lovers, older retirees who feel like they have found shangri-la, and an increasing amount of younger LGBT creative folks re-creating identity in the serenity of the desert. also, $15/hr minimum wage law is underway - going up $1 a year until $15 in 2020.

But still simply exchanging into a property with identical cash flow and all would net you more each month.The key of course is that you do it without triggering a recognition of gain.

If you have a lower gross rental income per bookings (say $150 average booking for a small condo) and a similar $20 cost per basket, but that basket includes nothing that is tied to the identity of the property or makes it unique, it seems likely the repeat booking rate and likelihood of positive review will have minimal impact.

Ideally, you will be able to find recently (last 6 months, or even the last few weeks) sold properties (at least three) that are as identical in features (style, beds, baths, square footage, lot size, condition) in the same neighborhood as your subject property.
