On the flip side, for such a small home in a price point below $100k, it is likely not necessary, particularly in a sellers market.Options: Do some light staging - bring nice towels from home to place in bathroom, bring light staging items like cooking books, candles, fruit baskets for kitchen, and some artwork to hang on some main walls.

I eventually got them out of my house by sprinkling the floor with borax and vacuuming, putting a candle in soapy water and placing it on the floor after lighting (yea, it actually works) and washing everything.

Make the front door look inviting, put a small table with brochures telling about the property, maybe a mirror or some type of picture on the wall in living area, decorative towels in the bathrooms, maybe some type of candle on countertop, and in kitchen some type of countertop decor.. keep it clean and simple.
