As a Banker I have watched the housing market cool off Nationwide and rates come down.

That's super cool to be able to witness and support such a milestone.

That is both cool and money can be great as well.

This didn't bother me much; I had a feeling their estimates favor them a little more and that's cool IF you already know a little about rehab costs, ARV, and the current market in that area.

The GC is the guy everyone points at when everyone is freaking out, and the GC stays cool and has it back on track and makes it look easy.

I think its pretty cool the the company allows people to share in THEIR PROFITS instead of how others in the market place, sell you something small and then continue to sell you as they create new products and services.
