Unbelievable factory like results, with a gorgeous sheen, and way less trouble than my old method.It only takes a tiny bit of effort to get even coverage with the clear, i had to get the lighting at an angle to effectively see the wet edge of the clear going on.

California sure is a dreamy place with it's great weather, abundance of sunshine, gorgeous beaches, mountains etc.

lol I was in Newport Beach for the CAL Act show and its gorgeous there!

Only issue is it is pink.

was going to glue 2" pink foam on bottom 24" of exterior block basement walls,,, then have electrician run conduit on top of that horizontally for outlets.

Denver is gorgeous at night.

North Lawndale is  a bit rough as is the East side of Garfield Park, however they are both homes to very big beautiful buildings with the gorgeous park near by.Especially Near West, Little Village and the East side of Humboldt park. 

Less turnover.And turnover is the enemy when it comes to making money as a landlord.I would be tickled pink if the existing rental is at 1800 and it has less of the upgrades than yours does.
