No SE taxes, you just use schedule E for filing taxes unless you are providing substantial services.

They are going to deny it but if you smell it as well trust your nose and out they go.  

I attend a weekly meeting full of investors, when wholesalers present deals, 70% turn their nose up and the other 30% are interested.

I try not to poke my nose into these types of threads too often, because it can end up looking a bit Big Brother-y when an investment provider constantly comments on every little thing said about their company - we want investors to have a place to discuss things with each other without oversight.

That's not being hard nosed or mean, it's being fair.If you don't have the intent to buy and follow the terms of the contract, do not sign the contract!
