@Sheena VargheseThe way to tag someone on the post is a.) they must be on the thread to begin with and b.) type "@ then the person's username (no space between @ and the persons name by the way...)"...the person will then appear beneath the typing box in a blue highlighted font

If the buyers agent is the one that recommended them they will always try to find something (although it seems extreme in the case you describe).I font that if I have my contractor follow the home inspector around, the inspectors are less likely to exaggerate.
