Id be happy to talk to you more about it, you have to take into account things like Sundance Film Festival, the increased summer traffic (Park City has really stepped up its advertising for us being summer destination) Although its still not as busy as winter.

Hi Matt,Yes this was my original idea to rent in San Diego so the customer will enjoy the ocean - go surfing and stay at there own home by the ocean - seems like you surf yourself and I'm learning to be in that camp as well also all of my RV's going to Burning Man Festival from Diego which is popular and profitable for my business and here in Utah people mostly go to YellowStone from Salt Lake or any other canyons as nature here is beautiful and surrounding by canyons and mountains.

*This city has many things going on (festivals, parties, etc)  and people park on the streets so I can foresee renters having to park a couple streets over during busy times. * From online data it looks like previous landlord had 1 renter for 3 years back in 05 but then the house gets listed for rent on average about every 9 months.
