As for funding your first property, here are a few common strategies to consider:1.

Interesting as there were a couple of posts a year ago after the widely distributed article in the media essentially calling it a STR crash.

Additionally, the property includes an outdoor swimming pool.The use of the accelerated depreciation strategy helps real estate investors to reduce the tax liability immediately which therefore increases their bottom line due to the offsetting of income.

From what I’ve seen in Bloomberg, it also doesn’t hurt to keep tabs on any shifts in local buying trends.One more thing I’d consider is the exit strategy.

It makes senseI know the sentiment in Ontario is not great right now when it comes to housing and combine that with tariffs and change in immigration strategy for Canada, I think it's going to get worse before it gets better.Looking forward to more insights and opinion on this.

hi @Jaycee,  the top floor(the one you see on the listing 8915 E Wes Pl Tucson), is essentially a ground floor as far as entering and exiting the home as the bottom floor(finished basement etc) is underneath it built into the other side of the foothill the house is sitting on.  

While I was open to carrying a note, I wasn’t going to go that high.Unfortunately, there’s been an unrealistic expectation set by the gurus that relying on seller financing is a viable strategy for buying a business.
