This is one of those odd duck boroughs in the Braddock/Rankin/Swissvale Enterprise Zone.

If the property is in an "Enterprise Zone" generally there will be some funny money as I call it.

Insurance doesn't get confused either, putting a resi policy on a commercial enterprise. 

Violent crimes, black market enterprise, etc.

I put a stop to that very quickly - not by badmouthing HomeVestors, but by running comps and showing them what their home is really worth.This is what enrages me about the wholesaling enterprise. 

Ones that stay as they are I have seen turn into car rental places such as Enterprise or Hertz.

I've been looking around but can't seem to find anyone willing to let a newbie like me work on a few things for them, even for free or for a small percentage of the deals.I'm currently on an internship in Manila, Philippines teaching small enterprise education to clients for a Microfinance office and I'll be coming back to Utah the first week of August. 

George can confirm, but in order to open a Solo 401K you need to have an active business enterprise.

It's worth it if I can keep them from wasting time and money on more bogus seminars or mailing programs.That and the entire wholesaling enterprise seems to largely rest on finding sellers who are either uninformed about the true value of their property or in a desperate financial situation - and then conning them out of their equity.
