It was a test of our endurance but my wife & I did it & it.

For sure my parents and seeing them succeed building a company from scratch, playing competitive sports since I was a kid and making it to the Junior Olympics, overcoming a career ending injury before turning pro, great teachers and mentors, living in 3 different countries and traveling to over 50, meeting people from many different nationalities and backgrounds and take the time to hear their story and learnt from them, doing long distance endurance sports (half-Ironman and Ironman distance triathlon) qualifying for the World Champiomships, being open minded when meeting new people and ideas, never accepting that things are the way they are just because, etc. 

I think things are going to go really well for people who are properly positioned to endure a correction of moderate variance.

Just don't do promotion on the open forums or you'll endure the wrath of @Mindy Jensen :)It will snowball from there as long as you are consistent. 

Hi BP, Second post of the daily.Happy Valentines to all.....Is anyone familair with zoning in philly and what are the hurdles one has to endure if I decided to rezone a piece of property?

I'm just curious how the experienced justify the risks of purchasing any type of expensive property regardless of ROI.Thank you for enduring this diatribe as my intent is to just put myself out there and humbly ask for your guidance.

I have first-hand experience with well and septic systems for a private residence and know that there are requirements in my state to have them pumped periodically, but am curious about the tests that a MH park might have to endure.  

@Chris Szepessy, yes she knew I was buying the properties and she did warn "I think you're taking too much on at once" and I ignored it and endured the pain.
