The projected site sits right along highway 79 (running East to West) and connects directly to toll road 130 which circumvents Austin along the Eastern border and has been eyed for many major distributors and manufacturers.  

It seems to me that Eastern Phoenix is the place to be, particularly Southeastern. 

At the next tier up, “exceptional drought”–a status already impacting eastern San Bernardino county–the fire threat increases even more, with the report describing a “very costly” fire season, during which the “number of fires and area burned are extensive.”

@Chris Allport The insane growth that Boise has seen over the last few years is bleeding over to Eastern Idaho as well.

In this area of Eastern Idaho there are not a lot of properties for the price range you are looking for.

Andy, I own a property management co. in eastern TN. 

In the eastern part of the state the prices and rents are high, if you want to get in at a lower cost or if you plan on Brrring I would suggest looking in western mass.

We live on a property in Eastern Iowa in a 1000sq ft home.
