I spend half the year in Indonesia where me and my wife rent a home.  

I mainly handle the entirety of our leasing/marketing departments so since I'm able to cut the time I spend on showings in half, I'm finding a lot more time to reach out to new leads and form genuine connections with prospectives which really pays off when it's time to sign a lease! 

Finally, he leased the property (actually about half the property) to a tile distributor.  

My father still lives in the Poconos half the year and it's still the same way 40+ years later. 

Half of sponsors are now getting crushed when the going is getting tough, and those previous track records don't really mean much, compared to the things I list above.  

I know that would be the easiest approach but wondering your thoughts.2.

Easiest time in history to do a short sale.

I believe the PM lives an hour and a half away (purchased PM business that we were previously using) and didn't visit the home before sending out the plumber because they didn't seem to know any more details about the invoice than what was written in the description.
