I don't use it, I do use the lender desktop appraisals system. 

Purchase QuickBooks Desktop - Some will agree with this and some will disagree but this is only my experience.  

So did everyone here open up their laptop or dust off their desktop to actually read the attached photo or....?

Hi Erin, I assume you are using QuickBooks Desktop?

On the desktop version of BP just look at network > events tabs.

my two cents would be that if you find a potentially good deal, conduct  a desktop analysis to estimate the numbers, check for liens etc  if it checks out well, then conduct a walkthrough in order to run more specific repair estimates.
