AI can't beat my brain yet.

After I set a goal to get 50 units, my brain started thinking about what I need to start doing NOW to make this possible at the end.And what I came up with is a realization that I should treat this whole operation as a business, instead of just passive investing.

Hi @Nicholas Aiola,I was caught by the "self-directed IRA" tag on your bio and wanted to pick your brain on a recent controversy that has been brought to my attention.

My brain is cranking away processing the info,  and now i am beginning to understand “present value of future cashflow”  Is there a number that is considered “good” for that metric or is it really dependant on lots of things?
