Flipping REO's is all but dead in my are with the exception of some kind of different configuration of the sell component, be it C4D, out state buyers (yes there screwing people with half cooked numbers) or the local Dodo sale (screwing someone here).

We renovate to a home-owner residence standard and are usually priced at the top of the price range in the neighborhoods where we compete so I just figured we charged more than section 8 was willing to pay for a particular apartment configuration but no one has ever told me for sure.
