What is nightly home rate for configurations having same number of beds/baths as yours?

Business entities, most of the time people use LLCs in various configurations.

Brand new 27inches wide with an electric glass cooktop & an oven, same configuration.

I do plan to switch to a pitched roof when the time comes where patching and painting out weighs the new roof configuration.

We're working through what the most advantageous configuration is.

Rehab are pretty much set for the typical rehab you will be doing.  1 - Kitchens = There are only so many kitchen configurations. 

Take out "The upstairs is currently configured as a bedroom plus office, but this home can easily revert to its legal 3-bedroom layout. " It is a legal 3 bed so no need for this. 

It requires a little bit of re-configuring the layout of the master bath, but it should be pretty easy and make the property more marketable.

You could rent out an extra bedroom OR configure your property in a way that you can rent the entire place out for a weekend or two every month (lock on your closet door, lock on your pantry, etc.).This is a house hacking strategy that I have been doing for years.
