We did look at brokenbow, beautiful area but it looks like there is a lot of competition there now.

And, that this return to office will manifest itself first in suburban areas with relatively less competition and shorter commutes for local workers, and that re-absorption of inventory will take a lot of time in urban areas with tons of vacancies.

Start small and stay patient, as Austin is competitive and it may take time to find the right property.

Alhtough values continue to appreciate, home prices are coming down as competition gets heated with more homes on the market.

However, it’s important to price competitively and be prepared for buyers to request concessions.

This allows you to make an offer without a HI contingency which is much more competitive than one with the contingency since you are buying the property as is.You can still get the home inspection after you settle to capture all of the detail items.

Right now, DSCR loans are very competitive with what the banks are offering without all the paperwork that comes with conventional financing.
