ANY company or developer that has to give you a free flight, hotel or car stay WELL AWAY... they have to do that for  a reason as they dont have a good reputation locally.Happy to advise for anyone wanting further UAE knowledge on real estate.

The property company they use was also very thorough in the way they handled the property.

I also recommend speaking with several insurance companies to confirm you are getting the right answer/price.

@Micah Huffman unless you are going to commit to learning some basics about being a landlord AND are willing to commit at least 2-4 hours each month managing a Property Management Company - it's probably best you sell.Otherwise, it's highly likely you could lose more due to bad tenants and management.

Have done several LO and LC transactions on both ends.Did them with integrity.There was a company here in Detroit the 1990's and early 2000's called Phoenix Homes - like the rebirth of the mythical bird.They has a half-page of multiple ads in every Sunday paper, "buy with no money down!".
